The great room is more than just a living space—it’s where the home comes together. It’s where conversations happen over morning coffee, where friends gather fireside, and where everyday moments become lasting memories. In our latest project, we designed a great room that brings people together while elevating the experience of daily living.
Soaring ceilings and expansive windows invite the landscape in, making the views part of the design. A neutral palette layered with soft textures creates warmth without overwhelming the senses. Centered around a custom fireplace, the space feels equally suited for quiet evenings or lively gatherings.
Furnishings were selected to strike a balance between comfort and sophistication. Oversized sofas, tailored upholstery, and artisan details make the space feel inviting yet refined. Every element—from the scale of the lighting to the flow between the kitchen and dining—was chosen to support connection and ease.
The great room is often the heart of an open-concept home, and we treat it as such. It’s a place where beauty meets function, and where design enhances how you live.

At the heart of this great room is a stunning 72″ custom fireplace—you should see the flame it puts out. Wrapped in a hand-selected stone that echoes the textures of the surrounding landscape, it blurs the line between indoors and out. Expansive windows frame breathtaking views, while plenty of seating—including swivel chairs—lets you choose your focus: cozy conversation or soaking in the scenery. Every detail was designed to make this space both a visual showpiece and a comfortable place to gather.

What do you look for in a great room? Comfort, light, space—or all of the above?
