Every Furnishing & Styling project begins with an in-home design consultation.
This meeting allows us to evaluate the space, clarify your priorities, and determine the scope of furnishings needed to bring the room together.
Consultations are focused working sessions where we review layout possibilities, discuss design direction, and identify the next steps for the project.
What we can cover
During the consultation we may review:
• Furniture layout and scale
• Selecting sofas, chairs, tables, and lighting
• Rugs, textiles, and finishing layers
• Paint color direction
• Styling and accessories
• Furnishing priorities for move-ins or completed homes
Most clients leave the consultation with a clear direction for their space and an understanding of how the project will move forward.
Consultation Details
Length: 2 hours
Location: Your home (Park City, Heber, or Salt Lake City area).
Other locations available upon request; travel charges may apply.
Consultation Fee: $375
If you choose to proceed with a Furnishing & Styling project, the consultation time is applied toward the design work.
Furnishing & Styling Projects
Furnishing & Styling engagements are billed at $175 per hour and require a minimum design commitment of 10 hours.
This allows us to properly plan layouts, source furnishings, coordinate orders, and oversee installation so the finished space feels cohesive and complete.
